The primary challenge faced on the project involved designing the FŭSE Planter system around the site’s integral architectural columns. Throughout design development, our team worked collaboratively with the client to create an entirely unique solution to both utilize and surround the columns, while expanding upon the initial concept without limitation.
Using FŭSE’s common connections and fully-custom dimensional capabilities, we were able to manufacture the system to the unique site specifications that standard planters couldn’t accomplish. The seamless runs and rounded edges of the system enabled the design team to imagine shapes and pathways to fit seamlessly within the layout.
Despite the site’s exposed and highly-trafficked nature, the system was designed with intent and flexibility for handling and ease-of-install on site. FŭSE’s common connections and intuitive installation programming enabled optimal space utilization throughout the process of installation.
In order to achieve the design intent to create nestled, lush spaces throughout the terraces, the client utilized FŭSE to inhibit natural flow and space division. Throughout the collaboration process, we were able to develop intentional contrast between the planting system and paving in order to enhance and shape the site’s spatial experience.
Engaging the seamless adaptability of FŭSE, the client was able to effectively realize and expand upon the original design intent, creating a lush, living greenspace for building residents.
What is the warranty on FŭSE products?
Ore manufactures, engineers, and tests all products to meet the highest-quality standards. We are dedicated to providing clients with the best product, supported by responsive and effective customer service trained and dedicated to providing claim resolution and overall satisfaction. We offer limited warranty coverage and work closely with clients and contractors to inspect and evaluate damages and/or defects. In any case of damage and/or defect, we will work with clients to offer and provide repair or replacement options whenever possible to ensure optimal performance. In any case that repair and/or replacement is not an option, our team will work diligently to find a positive resolution.

Where are FŭSE products manufactured?
Ore manufactures all products – standard, custom, and FŭSE – in-house at our headquarters facility in Woods Cross, Utah. We prioritize regional production to promote responsible and sustainable manufacturing methods, maintaining both quality and company values. In doing so, we are better able to develop, regulate, and maintain lean operation processes for efficient and reliable production.
What materials are used to manufacture FŭSE products?
We typically design and manufacture FŭSE products with one of our standard materials – marine-grade aluminum, mild steel, or corten steel – with the flexibility and option to integrate and/or substitute with other materials upon request.

What tools are needed to install FŭSE systems?
All FŭSE systems are designed for ease of installation. Each module label corresponds to provided shop drawings. Ore provides all required fasteners and sealants to assemble the system. No onsite drilling or welding is required. Typically a wrench, ratchet, caulking gun, and level is all that is required to install.
What integrations are available for FŭSE systems?
We can incorporate all of our standard planter options into our FŭSE systems, including irrigation sleeves, drainage fittings, lighting, seating, GFCI outlets, and exterior speakers.
